Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) is a premier funding agency established by an Act of Parliament (SERB Act 2008) to support basic research in frontier areas of Science and Engineering. SERB Project Information System & Management (PRISM) is an attempt by SERB to bring together all the information related to research support extended by SERB over the years and present an integrated and comprehensive view in real time. The website intends to provide a searchable repository containing all project related information for the scientific community and general public. PRISM also provides a platform for the SERB Grantees to present their research outcome and achievement to a larger audience. Establishment of PRISM is a significant step forward for SERB in its commitment towards transparency, accountability and dissemination of research outcome originating from SERB funding.
